CNC Lathes
|
- (2) Mazak Multiplex 6200Y Turning centers with twin 30hp spindles and powered heads for secondary milling and drilling. These machines are both equipped with gantry robots for unmanned loading, transfer and unloading.
- Mazak DT-20 Turning center with twin spindle 20hp spindles, equipped with Mazak cut feeder system with automatic part loading, transfer and unloading.
- (2) Mazak QT-20 Lathe with 20hp spindle, T32 control with 12” x 18” turning Capacity.
- Mazak QT-18 Lathe with 20hp spindle, T32 control with 12” x 18” turning Capacity.
- (2) Mazak QT-15 Lathe with 20hp spindle, T32 control with 12” x 18” turning Capacity.
- Eurotech Elite 730 SE Lathe with 30hp main spindle and 5 hp sub-spindle. This lathe is equipped with a Lexaire magazine automatic short bar feeder and parts un-loader.
- Mori Seiki ZL-250SMC 30hp 4 axis lathe, with powered tools and sub Spindle. 12” Chuck

CNC Milling Equipment
|
- Toyoda FH-550SX HMC 40hp spindle, 50 taper Horizontal machine center with 550mm pallets and high pressure through spindle coolant. This machine has an 8 pallet, linear Pallet Pool System and has a machining cube of 29.5" x 31.5" x 33.4".
- Toyoda FA-630 40hp spindle, 50 Taper tooling Horizontal machine center with twin 630 mm pallets, and a machining cube of 39" x 33.5" x 29.5".
- (2) Toyoda FH-550S Both have 40hp spindles with (2) 550mm pallets, High pressure through spindle coolant, 15,000 RPM spindles and 1 degree indexing pallets. Both machines also have identical 29.5'' X 31.5'' X 33.4'' machining cubes. (Add after the Toyoda FH-550SX)
- Mazak E-800 Intergrex 30hp CAT 40 Big Plus horizontal/vertical Five (5) Axis Machine center with vertical turning capabilities. This machine is attached to a 6 Pallet Linear Pallet Pool System, and has a machining cube of 43.31” x 31.50” x 35.43”, and turning capacity of up to 30”.
- (2) Mori Seiki SH-503 30hp horizontal machining centers with 500 mm pallets and 1000 PSI through spindle coolant system. These machines are attached to an 18 Pallet Linear Pallet Pool System. This system maximizes spindle time and allows for unattended operation. A machining cube of 24"X23"X25".
- Haas VF-3 15hp vertical machine center with full rotary 4th axis and 48" x 20" x 20" travel.
- Haas VF-3B 30hp vertical machine center with full rotary 4th axis, through spindle coolant and 48" x 20" x 20" travel.
- Matsuura MC 1000VG 30hp Vertical Machine Center with 45 Taper tooling and 4th axis indexer. The machining cube is 40" x 20" x 20".
- Mazak AJV 25/40 20hp Vertical Machine Center with 50 Taper tooling. The machining cube is 40" x 20" x 20".
